Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service in a high-volume branch environment.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit and loss environment.
• Drive exceptional customer experience validated by surveys.
• Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS ID.
