You will oversee branch operations, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic goals while building lasting customer relationships and a franchise‑wide reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing teams to drive sales excellence.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch targets with P&L responsibility.
• Strong customer experience focus with community partnerships.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and NMLS identifier.
