As owner of branch execution, you will coach staff, manage objectives in a fast-paced retail banking environment, ensure regulatory compliance including the SAFE Act, and cultivate partnerships with community organizations to deepen local relationships and help the branch achieve its goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing teams to drive sales excellence.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals, deadlines, and branch P&L targets.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through surveys and community partnerships.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain an NMLS unique identifier.
