Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving branch growth. You’ll oversee sales performance, coaching, and operational integrity to ensure goals are exceeded while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

As a visible brand ambassador, you’ll connect with the local community, develop colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service.
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking environment.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit and loss environment.
• Excellent customer experience delivery evidenced by customer satisfaction data.
• Strong community partnerships and compliance with SAFE Act background checks.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
