Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to build and execute plans that bring in new clients, expand relationships, and grow the bottom line. You’ll oversee P&L, recruitment strategies, budgeting, and ensure top service to candidates and clients.

Key duties include growing accounts, maintaining SLA targets, coaching recruiters, and delivering monthly business reviews to senior leadership. Strong leadership and HR collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with staff at all levels.
• Understanding of labor and employment laws and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop plans to win new business and maximize client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop branch staff and sales teams.
• Maintain high service levels, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure on-boarding of new customers, credit references and terms.
• Lead recruitment strategies and develop local relationships with resources.
