Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leading branch performance and digital adoption.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have the tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed sales, income, and budget targets.
• Maintain safety standards and inventory controls across the branch.
