Rexel USA seeks a Branch Manager for the Mansfield, MA location to lead a team, drive profitable operations, and ensure safe, efficient branch performance. Responsibilities include overseeing P&L, inventory, and customer relationships while coordinating with sales and operations to achieve growth goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales/operations within electrical distribution, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong track record in customer service, safety, and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; must be 21+ years old; MVRO checks where applicable.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leading branch performance and digital tools adoption.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budget targets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct facility/asset inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to align branch with company strategies.
• May perform counter sales and order fulfillment as needed.
