Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety and security standards.
