Rexel USA in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and drive profitable operations. You will oversee daily branch activities, safety, inventory control, and customer service while aligning with corporate goals and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, retail/electrical distribution experience, and the ability to manage P&L; forklift certification is preferred and occasional deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass MVR checks.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach branch staff to meet profitability goals.
• Oversee branch P&L and safety/compliance standards.
• Manage inventory levels and asset protection.
• Develop and execute local sales and operating initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to drive growth.
