Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, or related B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certified preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR if required deliveries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through digital tools and strategy.
• Lead and train branch staff; address personnel issues as needed.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and income targets.
• Ensure safety standards and inventory controls.
