Job summary

Rexel USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy electrical distribution branch. You will coach a team, drive profitability, manage the P&L, and implement sales and operational initiatives to grow the business while maintaining safety and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in B2B sales/ops, and the ability to optimize inventory, develop key customer relationships, and collaborate with partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and improve branch performance using digital tools.
• Lead, motivate, and train branch personnel; address personnel issues.
• Ensure tools and resources to maximize sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and expense targets.
• Maintain branch security and safety standards; asset controls.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors; deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners on growth strategies.
• Fill in for branch/warehouse roles and deliveries when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
