Rexel USA in Middletown, CT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure safe, profitable growth. You will oversee budgeting, inventory control, and customer/vendor relations while driving sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving P&L targets, enforcing safety standards, and collaborating with regional partners to enhance market presence.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability by maximizing branch performance using company digital tools.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have the tools necessary to achieve highest levels of sales potential.
• Effectively manage branch Profit and Loss (P&L) to meet or exceed total sales, GE sales, net income, asset management targets, and expense budgets.
• Implement branch security and safety standards by conducting facility and asset inspections and taking corrective actions to support controls.
• Remain knowledgeable about markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and vendors, demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Conduct/oversee inventory control procedures and ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with key partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support branch mission, strategies, and growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• May perform other duties within a branch as needed, including counter sales, filling orders, stocking, shipping material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
