Job summary

Rexel USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and coach a branch team, drive profitable and safe operations, and align with corporate goals. The role focuses on people, processes, and performance across all branch functions.

You will oversee P&L, inventory, safety, and stakeholder relations while collaborating with sales/marketing to grow the business; occasional deliveries and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge and experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage P&L and implement sales strategies.
• Sales and service oriented with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging company tools and digital strategy.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch staff.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and income targets.
• Implement safety standards and conduct facility inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors, delivering excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support growth goals.
• May fill in for branch/warehouse roles and make deliveries.
