Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our Durham, NC team. You will train for 18–24 months, learn branch operations, and advance to manage your own branch. A relocation package is provided for promotions, and opportunities to grow are emphasized.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, educate on lending services, and support loan closings while building a strong team culture and delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
