Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then lead a branch as you relocate for promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background, credit, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations during an 18-24 month on-the-job training program and prepare for a Branch Manager role.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and implementing sales plans to meet goals.
• Educate customers on loan options and voluntary product solutions and help with the loan process.
• Develop relationships with customers to originate new loan business and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
