Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a fast-moving financial services team. You will participate in an 18–24 month on-the-job training program and then manage your own branch as you relocate, with a full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in evaluating loan applications and credit decisions.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of branches to meet sales goals.
• Educate customers on lending products and improve customer financial outcomes.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience and promote core values.
