Republic Finance in Asheville, NC seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and advance to a Branch Manager. You’ll complete an 18–24 month paid training program and, upon promotion, receive a full relocation package to move to a new branch.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, and educate on lending options. You’ll support recruiting, training, sales plans and exceptional customer service while advancing your career with

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
