Job summary

Republic Finance seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a community-focused financial services team. You will participate in an 18-24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch after relocation as needed.

You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending options, and help drive sales goals while delivering exceptional service. A relocation package is provided for promotions beyond 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and developing sales plans.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis; make credit decisions.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide them through the loan process.
• Manage daily branch operations and promote a high-quality customer experience.
