Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) on-site in Greensboro, NC. You will join an 18–24 month paid training program to master branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will focus on helping customers achieve financial goals, originating loan business, and assisting in recruiting and training while driving sales and delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan opportunities by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide through the loan process.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
• Promote core values and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
