Job summary

Texans Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in managing all sales and operational functions, and to develop branch staff to deliver excellent member service in transactions, loans and accounts.

You will serve as the primary manager on duty in the absence of the branch manager, supervise staff, monitor activity and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, while maintaining a high level of service for members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary manager on duty in the absence of the branch manager.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a sales and service environment within the branch.
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff delivering excellent service to members.
• Monitor branch products and sales to ensure profitability and high service quality.
• Coach and counsel staff as needed to maintain performance.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and federal regulations.
