Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in branch operations or related field.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and prepare confidential reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations.
• Perform duties of Branch Manager in their absence.
• Educate members on credit union products and services.
• Assist members with transaction requests and account inquiries.
