Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION in Houston, TX seeks a Branch Manager Support to provide leadership and hands-on guidance across daily operations, member services, lending and facilities. You will help develop, modify and implement procedures to ensure accurate, courteous service and secure branch operations.

In this role you will train staff, cross-sell credit union products, assist with transactions and account maintenance, perform cash audits, and travel to other branches as needed, including

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college preferred.
• Must know Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in all branch operations and help with staff performance.
• Educate and inform members on credit union products and cross-sell.
• Assist with account maintenance and data changes.
• Perform cash audits of MSR and vault/ATM cash when applicable.
• Provide feedback on hiring and performance reviews.
• Travel to other branch locations as required; work Saturdays when scheduled.
• Present a professional image and maintain relationships with members.
• Handle member complaints and follow up to ensure service quality.
