Job summary

Texans Credit Union seeks a Branch Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily sales, service, and operations. Lead and develop staff to provide excellent service to members in transactions, loans, and accounts.

Role requires strong interpersonal and coaching skills, a focus on security/compliance, and experience in a branch setting. High-school diploma and 2–3 years supervisory and sales/service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and promote a sales/service environment; working knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent member service skills and strong interpersonal and oral communication abilities.
• Basic computer and typing skills; excellent time management and organizational skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Primary manager on duty in the absence of a branch manager.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a sales and service environment within the branch.
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff who consistently offer excellent service to all members.
• Monitor branch products and sales to ensure profitability and high service quality.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal laws and branch security/audit policies.
• Monitor branch activity and report volume, transactions, and errors to management.
• Schedule staff to maintain efficient branch operations.
