Job summary

BayPort Credit Union seeks an experienced branch supervisor to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive exceptional member service. You will mentor tellers, support sales initiatives, and oversee cash handling, transactions, and compliance with credit union policies.

In collaboration with the Branch Manager and teammates, you will develop strategies to grow membership, manage accounts, resolve member inquiries, and contribute to planning and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a four-year high school education.
• 2–4 years of teller, member service, loan or related experience.
• Preferred experience: supervisor or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of general credit union operations including cash handling, teller duties, and loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive branch goals.
• Oversee branch operations, cash handling, and security.
• Support members with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and team to achieve branch objectives.
• Participate in branch meetings and strategic planning.
