Job summary

LCNB National Bank in Lebanon, OH, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role partners with the Regional Retail Manager to ensure compliance, staff development, and branch growth.

You will lead associates, coach staff, and engage with the community to expand customer relationships through referrals and targeted financial solutions. Some travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• College degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of retail banking experience.
• Experience as a lead/supervisor or developmental leadership role is preferred.
• Notary Public (OH) or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• NMLS (obtained or transferred within 45 days).
• Strong leadership potential and ability to positively influence others.
• Ability to coach, support, and develop associates.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Business development aptitude and networking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster a customer-focused culture centered on relationship building and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, audits, and bank policies.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships by identifying financial needs and coordinating with internal teams.
• Participate in community involvement and local market engagement.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and career development for branch staff.
• Travel to other branch locations to support staffing needs and maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Support branch growth through customer acquisition and referrals.
