Job summary

LCNB National Bank seeks a Branch Manager/Officer in Centerville, OH to lead branch operations, drive customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years retail banking experience.
• 2+ years leadership/management experience.
• Ohio Notary Public or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• NMLS (obtained or transferrable within 45 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
• Foster a customer-focused culture emphasizing relationships and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal control, audit, and policy requirements.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities through community involvement.
• Partner with internal teams to deepen customer relationships and provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff; manage performance and development plans.
• Lead customer acquisition, referrals, and branch growth initiatives.
