The Savings Bank is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager at the Lakeside Wakefield MA branch. You will support branch operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional service for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail bank experience.
• Excellent management skills for leading staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
• Develop new deposit business and maintain customer relationships.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve sales/service goals.
• Open/close branch and handle routine teller transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
