Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local markets and communities preferred.
• Proven success in customer service, relationship building, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily branch operations to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain branch security, internal controls, and procedures.
• Oversee cash management activities, including vault maintenance and balancing.
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective action planning.
• Lead customer engagement, cross-selling, and sales initiatives.
• Coach staff and support branch goals and performance.
