Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations and staff in the absence of the Branch Officer.
• Open and close the branch daily and monitor branch equipment and security.
• Perform cash management duties including cash handling, ATM balance, and daily settlement.
• Schedule staff, coach performance, and assist in sales goal attainment.
• Promote bank services and build community relations through outreach.
• Assist customers with questions and complex transactions, including new accounts.
• Participate in audits, regulatory reporting, and monthly documentation.
