The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of branch activities. This role develops new deposit business, provides a high level of customer service, and promotes a strong sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. The Assistant Branch Manager helps achieve branch sales goals through new business development, referrals, and retention of customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing employees, excels at building customer relationships, and is committed to operational integrity. The Assistant Branch Manager assumes responsibility for branch operations whenever the Branch Manager is unavailable.
$25.00- $32.00
The hourly range represents an estimate based on market data for this position. Final compensation decisions are made based on experience, skills, and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across our organization.

The Bank operates two charitable foundations: TSB Charitable Foundation (supporting the poor, the homeless, the elderly, and family services) and the Donald E. Garrant Foundation (supporting financial literacy in public and private schools [K-12] and non-profits).
