Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in overall operational management of the branch, including daily workflow, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Engages in business development activities and solicitation of new business prospects; cross-sell and educate customers on Bank products and services.
• Opens and services new and existing accounts; performs daily teller transactions; mentors staff and provides on-site training.
• Meets with customers to discuss financial needs and refer appropriate Bank services.
• Greet customers and provide assistance in daily transactions; ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulations.
