Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of branch operations, 3+ years in retail banking or customer service, and supervisory experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and flexibility to work at various branch locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking and/or customer service experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and systems; ability to work at any branch location as needed.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches branch staff, conducts performance reviews and training.
• Oversees daily branch operations, including staffing, opening/closing, transactions, and audits.
• Partners with management to achieve branch sales goals and strengthen customer relationships.
• Represents the Bank at community events to support business development.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
