You will supervise teller staff, oversee daily operations, and drive referral-driven sales while maintaining security and accuracy in cash handling and loan processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS Certification.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller line staff and conduct evaluations.
• Provide branch coverage on alternating Saturdays and as needed.
• Coach staff to achieve sales referral goals and educate members on self-service options.
• Oversee daily teller operations and cash handling with approvals.
• Respond to member complaints promptly.
• Perform Teller duties and routine transactions with accuracy.
• Perform MSR duties and obtain Mortgage Loan Originator authority.
• Audit membership applications and loan files.
• Provide coverage in other DCU areas as needed.
• Identify and submit cost-savings and process improvements.
