You will explain products, fulfill member requests and strive to meet referral goals by understanding client needs and offering suitable financial solutions. Coverage across branches may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing and assist with end-of-day balancing.
• Explain DCU products and services and complete member requests.
• Meet referral goals by identifying member financial needs and cross-selling appropriate products.
• Adhere to DCU policies, security guidelines and risk controls.
• May provide coverage in other areas such as other branches or Information Center.
• Identify and submit efficiency and process improvement ideas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
