First Tech Federal Credit Union in Framingham, MA seeks an experienced Branch Team Leader to support the Branch Manager in driving sales and service excellence. You will guide staff, open new accounts, reference lending opportunities, and ensure smooth branch operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing MSR duties, Notary and mortgage processes, and building partnerships with local businesses. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma required
• College degree preferred
• 2–3 years supervisory/sales management experience preferred
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Support sales goals and coach staff to achieve them.
• Oversee branch operations and customer service excellence.
• Manage staff performance with training and reviews.
• Assist with loan processing, notary, and mortgage activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses and SEG opportunities.
• Perform MSR duties and product knowledge across DCU offerings.
