Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Manchester, NH, seeks a Branch Team Leader to drive sales and service excellence. You will coach staff, manage branch operations, and help members achieve financial goals through responsible lending and quality service.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain MLO authority. Notary services and customer support are key components of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory and sales management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required; college degree preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email.
• Ability to obtain NMLS Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Service by achieving branch goals and coaching staff.
• Oversee member service and branch operations, including compliance training.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and develop careers.
• Open memberships and accounts; provide Notary Public services and signature guarantees.
• Originates mortgages after obtaining MLO authority and verifies documents.
