Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Tyngsboro, MA seeks a Branch Team Leader to drive sales and service excellence. You will coach staff, oversee operations, and support the manager in achieving branch goals while promoting member access to lending and deposit products.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and AML/compliance awareness; mortgage lending knowledge and NMLS capability are valued, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory and sales management experience.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email.
• Ability to obtain NMLS Certification.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Oversee member service experience and manage branch operations.
• Provide staff training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Refer new business and SEG opportunities to the Manager.
• Handle Notary and Mortgage origination tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
