Elevations Credit Union in Colorado's Front Range is seeking an Associate Branch Manager to lead the teller team, drive exceptional member experiences, and partner with the Branch Manager on daily operations.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, and courageous leadership, with a focus on delivering the PEAK’t service model—Personalized, Elegant, Accurate, Kind, and Timely—for every member, every time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• In-depth understanding of teller roles and expert knowledge of financial transactions.
• Strong understanding of branch audit controls.
• Strong understanding of core operating and ancillary support systems.
• 1+ year of branch operations leadership experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Ability to respond to escalated member and employee situations in branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the teller team while responding to escalations.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to manage operations, transactions, compliance, and member experience.
• Lead branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Deliver the PEAK’t service model with care, professionalism, and high service standards.
• Act as focal point for branch communications regarding operations, controls, risk management, and process improvements.
• Oversee branch cash control audits, vault, dispensers, and recyclers.
• Escalate and manage facility repairs, system issues, or safety concerns.
• Adhere to laws including BSA.
