Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional member service. This role may act as Branch Manager when needed and provides training and supervision to staff.

Responsibilities include supervising Member Advocates, handling escalations, processing transactions and loans, opening new accounts, and supporting cross-department collaboration while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while delivering exceptional member service.
• Supervise Member Advocates, provide training, direction, and supervision to branch staff.
• Assist with branch manager duties as needed and support across departments to maintain service quality.
