Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Branch Supervisor to assist with direction and administration of branch operations, ensuring policy compliance and the delivery of exceptional member service. This role supervises staff, trains and directs work, performs loan processing and account services, and can serve as Branch Manager when needed, driving cross-department collaboration and service excellence.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a strong background in

• Experience supervising staff and hiring/training
• Strong knowledge of customer service and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and resolve complex member issues
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Supervise, train, and schedule Branch staff and assist with hiring
• Perform loan processing, new accounts, deposits, and safe deposit services as needed
• Assist in cross-selling Credit Union products and services
• Lead change and process improvements within the branch
• Ensure security, cash handling, balancing, and regulatory reporting
