Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Branch Supervisor to direct branch operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional member service. You will act as Branch Manager when needed and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, compliant service.

Responsibilities include supervising Member Advocates, reviewing loyalty feedback, and supporting organizational projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Experience in branch operations or financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer service standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead and train Branch Advocates; manage scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Address member questions, resolve problems, and promote branch products and services.
