Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Branch Supervisor to assist in directing branch operations and ensuring policy compliance while delivering exceptional member service. This role may act as Branch Manager when needed and trains staff to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.

The position emphasizes coaching, cross-selling, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, with responsibility for cash controls and daily balance checks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answers Member Advocates’ questions, solves problems, and assists with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems.
• Ensures that members’ requests and questions are promptly, efficiently, and courteously resolved.
• Demonstrates escalation resolution skills to address critical member needs and concerns.
• Assists with Member Advocates functions and with transaction and loan processing, new account openings, and account servicing.
• Provides excellent service by showing courtesy and personal concern for members and coworkers.
