Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of leadership, associate development or management experience.
• 2 years of banking/financial services experience or equivalent background.
• NMLS registration or plan to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on performance, sales, operations, and customer interactions.
• Assist with complex account maintenance and resolve escalations.
