You will manage risk by adhering to policies, guide relationship building with members, and collaborate with other departments to expand member services. This role emphasizes strong communication and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail banking.
• Minimum of three years in branch management or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch activities and staff coaching to build strong member relationships.
• Evaluate and manage staff performance to ensure quality service.
• Schedule and cross-train staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor branch activity, transactions, loans, sales, and new accounts for regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee branch-level processes, including audits and security.
