Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to coach, develop and lead branch staff to achieve growth goals while delivering exceptional member service. The role reports to the Branch Vice President and participates in creating and implementing branch strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes staff development, daily huddles, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and operational excellence across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch VP to ensure day-to-day branch operations and achieve goals.
• Train and coach employees to adhere to VyStar's standards and service commitments.
• Develop staff for succession within the branch network and other lines of business.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Training to ensure recruiting and training are effective.
