Job summary

Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead teller and member service operations, supervise a team, and train staff. Reporting to the AVP Branch Manager, you will implement policies, ensure security, and drive branch performance, including lending and deposits growth.

You will actively participate in community outreach, coordinate workflow, and maintain high standards of member relations and service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent and at least three years of supervisory experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller and member service operations and supervise staff.
• Develop plans and schedules for efficient staffing.
• Ensure branch goals in savings, lending, account relationships, transactions, and profitability.
• Participate in community organizations to develop contacts and growth opportunities.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services and coach staff on sales techniques.
