The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of retail banking experience, strong communication, and a background in branch leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail banking.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Minimum of three years of branch management or equivalent experience.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the branch and coach staff to build strong member relationships.
• Schedule and cross-train staff to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Monitor branch activity, including transactions, loan volume, and product sales, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manage branch-level operational processes, including audits.
• Represent the Credit Union at community networking events.
• Serve as a Relationship Manager for Members when necessary and collaborate with other business lines to develop member relationships.
• Process routine banking transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor and enforce security and safety policies and procedures continuously.
