Sound Credit Union in Seattle's Southcenter Branch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead and coach the branch team. You will be the go-to problem solver when the Branch Manager is away and will help coach staff, build member relationships, and support daily banking operations.

This role requires 3+ years in a Universal Associate/Personal Banker role, 2+ years in leadership, and a High School Diploma.

Formación

• 3+ years of Universal Associate/Personal Banker experience at a financial institution.
• Experience opening new accounts and loans.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and lead branch employees, acting as the go-to problem solver in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Build long-term relationships with members by assisting with routine transactions, accounts, and loans.
