Job summary

Peak Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales performance and member experience at our Gig Harbor, WA location. You will drive membership growth, loans, and deposits while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.

You will manage a sales-focused team, coach for results, and build partnerships with local businesses and community partners to expand our presence. This role requires strong leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in retail financial services.
• Three years of experience leading teams with direct responsibility for sales performance and growth.
• Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in branch or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drives branch sales performance and goals for membership, loans, deposits, and product penetration.
• Develops and executes a strategic branch business and sales plan aligned with growth priorities.
• Leads outbound calling, community engagement, and referral-generation activities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses and community partners to grow membership and lending opportunities.
• Champions consultative, needs-based selling to increase wallet share and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Recruits, develops, and retains a high-performing, sales-driven team with accountability.
• Coaches focused on sales behaviors, outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness.
• Monitors performance using KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards; implements corrective actions.
• Ensures exceptional member experience by balancing service quality, operations, and sales performance.
• Maintains compliance with policies, controls, regulatory requirements, and BSA standards.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent member experiences.
• Uses performance data and market insights to adjust strategies and manage expenses.
• All other duties as assigned.
