Central One Federal Credit Union in Milford, MA, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales while ensuring compliance. This exempt role reports to the VP of Retail Services and supervises the Assistant Branch Manager and staff.

You will develop community relations, manage budgets, and foster a high-performance sales culture, with responsibility for mortgage origination and adherence to BSA/regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in financial services.
• Experience in branch operations and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish/Portuguese).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all branch operations to meet service and sales goals.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee BSA compliance and security of branch.
• Direct and manage branch budget and cost center.
• Develop community relationships and local business development.
• Fulfill Mortgage Loan Originator requirements per SAFE Act.
